Hi Shirley! Is your tomato getting enough water? Mine are in huge pots and can take up to a gallon three times a day when it is really hot. I use a sustained release fertilizer for tomatoes and vegetables. Don't foliar feed vegetables, you get rich green plants, but few produce. If the flowers on your plant aren't pollinated, you won't get produce, you could try pollinating by hand if you need to. I hope this helps!
Hi Shirley, Water them deeply-- tomatoes in pots sometimes need watered two or three times a day. Then feed them with an all purpose organic fertilizer. I'm thinking the roots aren't getting enough water and nutrients to sustain them after blossoming. Use epsom salts regularly - about a Tablespoon around the base , work it in the soil carefully, water it in well once every two weeks in conjunction with fertilizer.( Or-- Instead of fertilizer, you can also put slow release fertilizer spikes for tomatoes in the pot JOBES brand is excellent). Don't give them too much nitrogen - you want a balanced organic blend. Hope this helps!
Thank you very much, I will try both.
