Where in California are you Patty? North or South? This is a big state with lots of planting zones.
I am in southern California in zone 9. I already set out the first round of tomato plants. We have a week of storms rolling in, we shall see how they do. My chives and sage already woke up and are sprouting new growth and so is the rosemary. Parsley and cilantro are doing well too.
Northern we’ve had a ton of rain.
