This very, very much too country tater bin was saved and cost $0.00 in supplies. Everything that was used was from a previous project and the bin only cost $2.00!
No way!
This tater bin was way too country even for this country girl. Gotta make some changes! I tried filling in the lettering but it was still too visible even under a coat of chalk paint.

The sides were okay but just a little boring

Vented back board was cleaned, sanitized and painted.

I jazzed up the sides with a little chalk paint

The inside after a coat of chalk paint and polyurethane.
Ahaa!
Fixed that darn "Taters & Onions". A left-over piece of Fascade back splash and an old picture frame took care of that. A little more chalk paint accent painting and a few coats of poly and I now have a new dog food bin at my house.
