How do I cover outdated granite countertops & backsplash all granite?

There a countertop paint kits, but most people use that to cover old, ugly Formica. It probably would work on granite too. You may want to have granite replaced. Tiles can be used to cover the backsplash and give you a contrast.
We used mirrors cut to length and glued by the installer — reflects light and make the kitchen look modern and larger
I didn't know granite became outdated. I suppose you could paint it.
Hello, it's so beautiful and strong, why don't you think about painting the walls around it to update colors? It seems a waste to cover or remove it.
That's a lot of granite. You could try and see if a peel and stick tile will hold on the backsplash. If you get a neutral backsplash with just a few decorative tiles for accent, it will draw the eye up and distract you for the countertop.
