What can I use to update a glass kitchen cabinet door?

What do you mean by redo? You could cover the inside with contact paper. Or are you talking about something else?
Dollar Tree sells all kinds of plastic covered wire pieces for organizing your cabinets, including: plate racks, cup hangers, spice racks, extra shelves, can stackers, cutlery dividers, etc, for just a dollar each. Look for a lazy susan rotating tray to put items within reach. You can attach cup hooks and towel bars which you can use with S hooks to hang cooking utensils. Look for grocery bag organizers, holders for foil, plastic wrap and wax paper. Don't forget baskets and bins to hold small items and keep things neat.
If you want to line the shelves, buy some placemats at the dollar tree at a $1 a piece.
Cut them to fit your shelves. Contact paper is hard to get off once it stays on for a while. If you take all the shelves out you could spray paint them and spray atop coat of poly on them.
Line them with freezer wrap, and tape them, this works wonderfully. I know, we did it, and love it. J.
