Wood laminate, house was built in 1959. Since then the floors appear to have been diy'ed several times, l can see from where the stove was there was lanolin flooring. We purchased the house on a bank foreclosure and the pervious owners ( well if you want to say they were) were in the process of an many projects on the home. We have been bitten off more than we can chew/do. Basically l am in great need of guidance, suggestions and maybe a realtor, lol. Thank you for any help.Helpful Reply -
