I use 3-tier organizers. It helps me find them easily!

I like that spice you use. It is good and NOT expensive in VA.

My sister alphabetizes all her spice containers. She freezes and cans a lot of food, and cooks country style, so she uses a certain variety of spices. But she owns a much larger assortment. I cluster them in my pantry in a couple of plastic containers, according to size, so that I can take out a basket or box, depending on what I am cooking. An old cardboard cheese box (Velveeta) holds all the liquid flavorings and food colors and icing tips. But I redo them about once a year because it's easy and fun to reorganize, and I feel as if I have accomplished something. 😇💖

Get a expanding step shelf and put your spices on it.

I sorted mine into "sweet" and "savory". Sweet includes anything I'd use for baking cookies, pies, cakes, etc., like cinnamon, cloves, cocoa powder, baking powder, soda, liquid flavorings like vanilla, almond flavoring, etc. Savory includes everything else: onion powder, celery salt, Italian seasoning, chili powder, etc. I have them on the bottom shelves of 2 cabinets. In just a short while, you'll know which ones you use more often, so they should be placed in the front, and others you can move back farther.

Another tip: if you don't have room for duplicates or just want to keep things in your cupboards more streamlined, put a piece of tape on the top of the container you're using that says "We have more." and store the new container in your pantry or on an upper shelf. That will help prevent you from buying too many extras and/or forgetting you already have some.
