I have the same problem. I have 2 coffee makers, though! A Brew Station and a Keurig. I keep my toaster under the cupboard in a tied bag (not much for toast anyway) and I have a vintage bread box on my counter top. That's not to mention a microwave sitting there too (that I don't use so much anymore either). If you can, just deal with what space you have or clear out some of your stuff in your cupboards But my counter top space is kind of broken into three pieces: the main area, then on the other side of the fridge and then a floater on the other side of the kitchen. Or you could move another piece into your kitchen and utilize it.

Find a cute little table and make a coffee bar in your dining room. Combine it with a white board or chalk board and charging station for your phones.

I keep my bread in the fridge (or freezer; thaw as needed and it lasts longer)

First, do you use it everyday? If not do you use it enough to keep? I keep my coffee pot on the small counter next to stove and the cabinet above it has the mugs and coffee and sugar and tea. All in one organized place. I had toaster there as well but I moved it to another counter to sit on a tray for crumbs,I have 4 men that can only see what they want see, tray is to large for coffee area, so on counter with butter and jam. Bread we keep one loaf out at a time and same with rolls because it goes in a house with five adults. The rest I keep in fridge same with sticks of butter we must use one a day,no joke. We hate cold bread so last one takes out the next loaf and gets more out of freezer and defrost in fridge for basically next day since they brown bag lunch. One thing you can also do is hide bread in microwave, airtight. Otherwise get a cart that you can use top for prep work and place the appliances underneath and use as needed. Because if cupboards full you probably also need counterspace. I sure hope this helps somewhat.
