Lattice in front, open on the sides. You can get an expandable piece with ivy on it. A small section of picket fencing.
better check to see if it's ok to block it, many meters are set up so the utility company drives by with meter readers that read them from a distance(over fences,across yards)you may get warning or fined
Check to see if you are allowed to conceal or hide them. Where I live, it is illegal - which I personally think is ridiculous as all my services are read by computer, not traveling meter readers like in days gone by.
