I would replace the bulbs with dollar store solar lights. It's easy to remove the top of the light from the post

pull the guts and hot clue just the light part of the solar piece right to the socket
Take out the light bulbs and insert tops of solar lights in a size and style that fit your decor. I would also turn off the electricity to the post.
Some solar light tops meant for inground use will fit into the bulb sockets. If your lights don't hang down, that is an easy fix. Just disconnect the electricity
