How can I reduce the sun glare on an open front porch while keeping it attractive and still be able to see.

Bamboo fencing is inexpensive and looks nice. Lowes, Home Depot it online.
We have the sun coming in on our porch out back and we put up those plastic faux bamboo roll up shades from Home Depot. They are not expensive and have a hook at the top for easy hanging.
