Padding for above ground pool

We have to put our pool on concrete. Any ideas to make it cushy instead of rock-hard on the bottom. Any INEXPENSIVE ways, I meant. Lol. Thanks so much!

When I set up my pool I used peat moss. Have to pick out any sticks, but it worked for me.

Sand. Clean, inexpensive and it won't mildew like carpet.

Another idea, is to use the padding underlay that goes under laminate floors. You can tape it together.

Sand works best. We had sand under our pool for 15 years. No problems with tears easy to level so pool water is level and soft under the feet.

I would also second the sand! We used several other things and sand is the best by far.
