What is the best type of garden bed to build if you have back issues?

my husband and I are starting a home grown garden. Before we start we would like to have a style and plan for a year round garden which will also not be very low to the ground since he and I both have back issues. Any ideas or suggestions would be great! We are planning on planting peppers, tomatoes, and green leafy plants such as lettuce, kale and spinach As well.

I would suggest using grow boxes instead of growing in the ground. Less stress on the back. I have back issues and went to the grow boxes and it works well for me.
18" + raised beds should do it with space between rows for a stool or chair.

Definitely do raised beds. The higher you can make them, the better
