You could run a rope or clothes line from post to post. Add clear or multicolored Christmas lights for light and ambiance. Then use thrift store sheets or shower curtains, sheer or print depending on your needs. Use clothespins or shower curtain hooks to attach to line.
Costlier, but more permanent is the fiberglass sun panels ($28/panel average)
However, with old wood frame window (popular at flea markets- average cost is $5-$15 each) and 2x4's and 1x2's to frame in (diy magazine suggested a heavy dry glue/epoxy and then silicone sealant/ caulking) you could make a beautiful framed in window panel/wall that is weatherproofed by caulk and paint. Cost depends on price of the windows.
I bought this bamboo fencing from Home Depot for about $25. It's 6' x 16'. Let's light thru but still gives privacy.
I used fence panels to close one side of my carport. The posts are just short of 8 feet apart and fence panels are 8’ long. We had to cut off a little of the middle panel to make it work. I love the results. I have 2 more sides that need to be finished but will be more difficult because the openings are much wider and no way to put in more posts.

Hello Wanda: Won't insurance pay for the restoration? If not, check with the Habitat for Humanity Restore in your area. They may have materials for you to use that are pretty inexpensive. Habitat for Humanity ReStores
Good luck
So sorry for your loss due to fire, you could hang sails you give some measure of privacy and enjoyment for you.
