Make or purchase a windmill. The vibration scares them away. Sold at almost any farm or ranch supply. -

You need to treat your lawn for grubs. The moles are there to eat grubs. If you get rid of the grubs, the moles will disappear too. -

Japanese spurge , a plant , deturs moles. I have planted even one single plant near a mole hole, with good results. I also have a whole patch of plants.
