Use the old-fashioned fly strips...they really work.
what kind of 'fly' -- House Flies? Horse Flies, Fruit Flies? For fruit flies, a baby food jar with tiny holes ( a small nail works well ) poked in the top; about 1/4" apple cider vinegar and they drown in the vinegar -- won't come out if the holes are small enough
Take empty water bottle, cut top of, flip top over n tape to bottom half!
