Try a windmill, worked like a charm for me! We made one out of bits and pieces out of our garages and a trip to the hardware store.
I use a gallon milk container and fill with water, some dish soap, cater oil and cayenne pepper. They don't like the hot spice of the effects of caster oil. Pour some mixture into their holes once or twice, and they will go elsewhere.

I’ve tried to Tomcat trap and the Sweeney worms and they both didn’t work for my troubles. Some have suggested to get a cat.

My cat does a great job killing moles - only thing is that he drops the dead moles by the back door and I have to dispose of them.
