I've heard that there are a few things that lizards don't like. Egg shells, coffee grounds are two of them. You could put some in a bowl and set it near the furniture and see what happens.

They are great for your yard and garden. Be grateful they have taken up residence in your yard. Part of nature, and are just so cute! Watching a lizard eating a strawberry has got to be one of the most amusing things in life. I look forward to it every year. If you still want to deter them, here are a few natural options.
