This is the time to use chemicals....in my area...the natural hasn’t worked. Once you get it killed, it can still give you a rash. Never burn it...the substance it makes that gives you a itchy rash goes air born -if you inhale any..you will probably end up in the emergency room.
A box of salt dissolved in a pot of hot water. Cool. Use fruit tree sprayer to apply to leaves. Don't get anywhere you plan to plant anything as it takes awhile to wear off
