    Roundup is a vegetation killer

  • Dpray it with boiling water or vinegar. Vinegar lasts longer but does need to be reapplied fom time to time.

After boiling your potatoes, pore the water over the grass.
Old grand mothers recipe, works also perfect on your weeds between the concrete
slabs or pavers at the driveway.

Your fence should not be right on property line. So after using something to kill the grass ( I would put down black plastic, rocks to hold down, after a couple weeks grass should be dead). Add a layer of mulch or rocks with landscape fabric under to keep grass and weeds at bay.

a board or plastic edging buried into the ground 3-4 inches in front of your fence will help prevent the grass roots from invading your garden.

Hmmm....I like that idea! Seems more effective and/or less maintenance. Thanks
