I have 'ferti-lome' Weed Free Zone on my shelf. Ready to use: just spray directly on the weed.

Spectracide Weed and Feed. I use the hose end sprayer bottle. No measuring, no mess. Weeds wilted in three days, dead in seven. Grass grew thick and tall. Hate mowing, but hate weeds more

I don't know what you can use to kill the weeds without doing harm to your pets, the environment, etc. I used to go out and pull them when they first showed up in the springtime. I have used white vinegar and boiling water for stubborn weeds but it takes awhile for the grass to thrive again. You can spray white vinegar directly on the weed plant and sometimes that works in a day or two. Some weeds are actually beneficial so I don't pull them all and some herbs are so invasive they seems like weeds. May all your weeds be wildflowers!
