That's not a fun oneYou can get rid of whatever is on your property by digging it out by the roots. That should keep it away.

There is no such thing as a poison oak tree. You mean poison oak and poison Ivy. I am highly allergic also. I spay it to kill it back or you can dig it up but it appears in many well kept gardens. So hoe it , dig it or spray it a few times each summer to keep it back.Helpful Reply -

Do you know what it looks like ? It's a plant that grows like a vine. YOUR neighbor didn't plant poison oak or Ivy.. it grows wild . NO one would plant it.Helpful Reply -

I do not know anyone not allergic to poison oak, ivy or sumac. I would kill what is on your side with vinegar, if it is indeed a poisonous variety. Have you talked to your neighbor? They may not even be aware that it is there.Helpful Reply -
