What to do so my dogs don't dig in my flowers beds .need help

Try putting down moth balls .... they don't like the smell and will stay away.

Fence the garden off from the dogs, or the dogs off from the garden.................or Cage the dogs..........

Throw a box of moth balls in there, they will stay out. After a while they will learn to stay out of it. They may need toys such as knotted ropes or balls to play with and chew. Sometimes dogs get bored. Or, they may need a cool place to lie down in the shade. Determine if they are bored or if they need shade and make a place for them to help keep them out of the flower beds.

Visit a pet supply store an pick up some of the devices designed to keep catsoff furniture and out of plants. They are designed with pointed nubs that are uncomfortable when they come in contact with their paws. Place them in the flower beds and cover them with a little soil or mulch. This may discourage them.
