Clear Tarpaulins, I am going to use them myself. They are white on edges with holes so you can use Rope or Bungees to connect together or to upright posts. -

I want to tear down our old railings on our porch, then put up new ones cut from plywood into a floral design, with a little shelf banister, then after painting all that use rolls of screen drape on the outside all around just fastening them with a 1X1 wood frame... so they can easily be pulled off in sections to clean or replace. Maybe just tack down those with a few screws. -

We've used the 1x1 or 1x2 frame with screen 'stapled' to the frame. Again, in sections for better maintenance purposes
