I have a patio under my deck and I want to enclose it to make a 3 season room my question is how do I enclose the ceiling of this room since it is under the deck?

Might be able to put tin but will have to use gutters of some type for run off.

The deck will need to become a roof. There are roofing products for flat roofs. Then you can deck over the roofing system.

If the deck has spaces between each board, you will have to cover the decking floor with plywood or something else so the rain and dirt does not fall through the spaces onto the ceiling of the 3 season room. Then you can use anything you wish to as a ceiling for your new room.

  If you put a roofing system for flat roofs as was said, it will not rot. The south west has lots of flat roofs with various types of roofing systems and they last many many years even under extreme heat. Use your search engine for "flat roof systems".
  An alternative would be to build a roof over your deck....
