What supplies are needed construct a porch vinyl railing?

for a 7'Wx 2 hand rails to cover 2 steps and approx. 2 10' section one on each side of the step area. I have not gotten an exact measurement just wanted an approx. figure.

Every area of the country is different. You need to get bids from at least 3 licensed contractors for this work to get an accurate figure. Cost of materials is one thing, you must consider labor costs, permit fees, if applicable, etc.
Go to your local home store, someone there can help with exact measurements and materials costs. If you DIY, no additional costs. Hire someone, expect additional costs. You should check to see if your project will require a city or county a building permit, additional cost.

That site only calculates amount of balusters needed. So generic. With so may styles of vinyl fencing/railings and different price ranges all over the country. Your best bet is take your measurements check out the home centers and compare pricing. You can also check them out online for styles and prices.
