You could always add rambling roses, wisteria, clematis, jasmine, honeysuckle, or other climbing/vining plants. In the meantime while you're waiting for them to grow enough to cover the fence, you can plant quick growing annual vines for the Summer - Morning Glory, Scarlet Runner Bean, Black Eyed Susan, Hyacinth Bean, etc
You could plant a climbing shrub that will grow into the chain link fence, or plant arbor vitae evergreens in front of it.
