How to level a porch?

Our front porch has two spots where water puddles if the wind blows the rain, or when I water the plants. Is there a way to fix this without hiring a professional?

Wood or cement?
There are various methods to raise the level of a deck. Some are very involved, extensive and expensive. In the interim in the lowest water gathering areas drill 3/8" diameter holes on angle through the flooring. By drilling the holes on an angle they will function without being as visible.
Yeah, wood or concrete?
My grandpa used car floor Jack's, raised it level, the original post came to b level with the dirt, he then dug down a little under each post, filled with medium sized rocks then dirt n left room for some 2'x2'x4" concrete slabs n let the posts rest on the slabs!
You can resurface the concrete and level it.
