How should I makeover my painted concrete enclosed patio floor?
Our patio was recently enclosed with windows and is water tight. Can thin pavers be used to redo floor. Tile would be nice but slab is cracked and uneven. Pouring floor leveling been suggested but on top of paint. Help

The thin pavers would crack too. I'd repair crack and lay down ceramic tile.
They do make thin veneer pavers for flooring. Ceramic or porcelain tile would also work. Vinyl plank flooring can also be used. Floor resurfacing compound to level the floor. Still the paint would need to be removed no matter what you cover the floor with.
Wellll...the leveling idea seems to be the best practical idea for longevity of the room. If not, you will always be wondering when the new flooring will begin cracking.
TI...You can buy a stencil and add texture to it with paint.
I love the idea of a stencil on concrete.
