Try pressure washing it.... I did my walkway and driveway... this house was built int he 50's and the driveway and walkway have never been pressure washed.... they came out great... neighbors even remarked on honw nice an clean they lookedHelpful Reply -

You could paint your walkway with paint made especially for concrete. If you want to take it a step further, you could paint using a stencil. That would be more work but might be worth it.Helpful Reply -

If it is still all in good shape but just dingy looking, I suggest power washing then see what you think. I vote for staining as that just fades over time, whereas paint can eventually peel, even if sealed. Mother nature at work.Helpful Reply -

I'm guessing you have spalling, movement and heavy cracking. Honestly, sometimes you just have to start over because that kind of damage is usually caused by poor concrete mix, but especially by poor foundation prep before the pour. A little research will save a ton of heart ache. If it is less damaged, I know people do touch up work as a living.Helpful Reply -
