It depends on why you want to cover it. If due to cracks from possible tree roots then fill in cracks. Otherwise if you cover with pavers they will not lay properly. If you just don't like the look have a professional company come and stain it and sealet as well. Or you can paint it if you would like, there is special paint for concrete at home stores. -
