Pressure treated is specifically treated to withstand elements. Cedar is great for repelling moths and other bugs, but I would think it would weather and sag faster.
I believe pressure treated as well..

I really like cedar because it can last for years while looking good if you keep up with the stain and sealer. Best wishes 😇
Trex if you can afford it. Pressure treated for framing and never let wood touch dirt or cement. Best of luck.
Hello Sub; I would use Pressure Treated wood, as that is what I have here. It will hold up exceedingly well.
