Can bifold doors be used outside if painted with outside primer/paint?

Bought used to use in a carport. I didn't know they were inside doors. Thanks!

Why not! Wood is wood. No such thing interior or exterior wood. Except pressure treated. I may suggest sealing with a marine varnish, after priming and painting. -

Yes and yes. Just keep out of direct sun, water, etc. inside carport/garage type use, use away!
