How do I recover porch seat cushions?

I don't sew. And can't afford to buy new ones.

You might try buying a material (indoor/outdoor) you like and wrap your cushions like you would a present then use no-sew peel and stick velcro, of course, that side with velcro will go to bottom and won't be seem. Hope you understand and it works for you, I have done it.
