How can tracks and drawers be added to a metal rail bed frame?

Not sure there would be enough room. They sit pretty close to the floor.
You can purchase see through storage containers with wheels that easily roll under a bedframe.
You don't have to attach the drawers. You can do something like this.

Unfortunately this cannot be done easily, and is certainly not an average diy project. For the price of all needed materials and tools, it may be more cost effective to just purchase a bed with built in bottom drawers.
