I would try rubbing alcohol. Soak a rag or sponge and lay it on the paint for a few minutes, then use a soft-bristled brush. Test it first on a small area - my fear is, it may remove the original paint from the siding.
Products like 'goof off' and 'oops' are effective for removing dried latex paint but I don't know if they will harm the siding's finish. If all else fails - you can match and paint the aluminum.

Maybe Magic sponge or baby wipes or Flash or Barkeepers Friend?
Hi Darlene, if you have some WD-40 available, try soaking a small piece of cloth with it and rubbing on the black painted area. I think it will remove it without harming the aluminum.
You can try checking out this video https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=uUhZB42hrFs it may help.
Goof Off, Oops, WD40, rubbing alcohol, nail polish remover.
Try a steel brush. But try it first in an inconspicuous area to be sure it also doesn't remove the color you want on the aluminum siding. Also, can you just paint over the black spray?

I would try using a Mr. Clean magic eraser and if that doesn't work you may have to try paint remover in a small area to make sure it doesn't damage the siding.
If it's overspray paint, you will probably want to start with mineral spirits and a soft rag. Then move to a light scuffing agent like fine steel wool but be careful so that you don't damage the finish on the siding.
I would just paint it with rustolium paint.
Hi Darlene, hope this helps you out, rubbing alcohol is a mild solvent that will loosen and soften very old latex paint spots from aluminum siding. To use it, soak a sponge in rubbing alcohol and hold it over the paint stain for several minutes. Remove the sponge and scrub the paint spots up with a soft-bristled scrubbing brush
Have you tried paint remover on the spots with a cloth .
