We bought a condo that has foil wallpaper in the guest bathroom. Nothing pealing or loose edges. Will paint stick or since it's in a high humidity area, will it just peal off?

No you will have to strip of the foil. If you are lucky it will come off in one long strip - easy...........

Please, do it right and remove the wallpaper. The glue is sticking now, but as it ages, it will loosen and you will have to remove it anyway. It's always easy to tell if someone has taken a shortcut and painted over wallpaper either by the embossing showing through or the vertical stripes at the wallpaper edges. Not a good look.

I have the same old wallpaper in my condo. I had someone put wallpaper over that foil paper and it's fine. Now I want to take it all off, so I don't know how to get both off.

Same way you get any wallpaper off. Score it, spray it, steam it, peel it and repeat until you swear that anyone that ever uses wallpaper should have their head examined. Doesn't matter if it's one layer or ten. In a old house we live in when I was a kid there were at least 5 layers in a few rooms. My grandmother left a piece of each different one exposed inside the bedroom closet just as a piece of history.

Easy to remove wallpaper..spray bottle of water with fabric softener in it..peels right off. Soak it down and experiment with it on time, usually ten min..
