Hello Linda! There are so many options! You can find a new wall color or two, you can stencil, you can try a faux finish, wallpaper, ship lap, or you can find some new decor to hang and change out your bedding and curtains to coordinate. You can look at some Hometalk or Pinterest ideas to get you inspired! Here's a start: https://www.hometalk.com/categories/make-over/bedroom/master-bedroom
Hi Linda,
Painting a room can totally transform a space without much investment. Here is a post we recently did explaining how to paint a room like a pro!
I would also head over to Pinterest and search master bedroom inspiration. Pinterest is a visual search engine and an amazing tool to help you find lots of great ideas.
Good luck! Post pictures! I would love to see what you do to the space!
You can buy paint that will paint over gloss paint. There use to be an additive you stirred into your paint to stick to gloss paint walls.
You can find a lot of marked down paint at Lowes that people didn't like after mixed, their loss is your gain.
You could stencil a feature wall. I used paint to stencil my master bathroom: http://momhomeguide.com/currently-october-stenciled-wall-bathroom/
