How to use liquid fabric softener
How to use liquid fabric softener?

Hello everyone,
I recently moved to Europe and realized that the fabric softener instructions are in a language I don't understand. 😒
Is the usage of liquid fabric softener pretty standard worldwide, or are there any specific tips or differences I should be aware of when using it here?
Thanks for the help

Using fabric softener is pretty standard. I would use a translation app on my phone or computer to read the attached instructions.
Is there someone you can ask locally to help you? Perhaps the person in the store or someone who is fluent in English. I agree with Ann, if you have access to a computer to translate, that would be great.
Pretty standard just in the country's language. You can ask someone to translate. I agree you can translate with a computer online.
First I don't know why anyone uses fabric softener. It collects on the fiber of your clothing. If you want softer clothes with out the chemicals and mess buy dryer balls. They bang around in the dryer and soften the fabric without the smell, chemicals and build up of softener on you clothes.
Yes, use an on-line translation program but it would also be a great way to start up a conversation with your neighbor or storekeeper. People usually love to help others!
Hi Amy, hope this helps you. I think the measurements are pretty standard. The best practice when it comes to fabric softener is less is more. i suggest adding 1 or 2 tablespoons to each individual load.
Put a capful of softner in with wash.
You can use vinegar and baking soda too. It works better to me. Or just test a towel with a small amount of softener and increase as needed.
There are apps for your phone that will translate for you. I apologize I can't remember the name of one offhand but you download the app, hold it over the text, and it will translate.

The only variation I am aware of is "concentrated", which think all of them are these days. I never look at the directions on mine, doing laundry since 1980 and even though I've switch detergents (which do have different amounts) still use a 1/2 capful of fabric softener in the rinse cycle.
