If you have a filing cabinet or filing box just purchase a box of file folders and labels. You can then file by individual names with sub titles of hospitals, doctors...just break down into the categories you feel would be easy for you to find.

What kind if medical paperwork? I file my test results, correspondence, lab forms, etc. with that particular doctor (Skin, OBGYN, primary, dentist, eyes, etc.). Each of my doctored has its own file folder. I have a file for Medicare, for my other insurance company. I have a file for my chart of benefits coverage. I have a miscellaneous medical statements file folder, later used for tax filing. I file all of these in alphabetical order, in the bottom drawer of my file cabinet. I hope this helps.

Utilize a Box or Box File for the job and put in date order or use Flip File.
