No screws or nails, so it must be glued on.
My first method would be to vac it out and then spray it with Febreez fabric refresherner, and let it dry. If that didn't work I would take it out into the fresh air and leave it for aome time. If still not successful I would then sprinkle carpet freshener inside and leave it for about a week before removing it, with the hope the smell would penetrate the timber. If it still didn't work, I think I would proably scrub it with bleach on the inside. Still no success, I would use Stain Block and then Paint it!
Clean entire surface with OdoBan. Let the pieces air out. If it stays, place newspaper and charcoal in the drawers to absorb the smell. If all else fails, paint the drawers and interior with a sealing primer like Zinsser Bullseye 1-2-3.
