How do I fix a the the warped board in a kitchen undersink cabinet?

Question

We had a leak from our instant hot water unit and we didn't discover it for a long time because the cabinet was full. The board is so warped and needs to be replaced and I don't have a clue on the best way to fix it. It has cut outs for the pipes and I was wondering if I should try to do a support in the center and use two pieces. It is the original base shelf of the cabinet and both myself and my husband are disabled and limited on knowledge. Any suggestions beyond hiring someone would be appreciated.

A picture would be helpful, but it sounds like you may need to cut out the floor of the cabinet leaving a 1 inch edge all around. Measure the inside of the cabinet and make your new piece to fit. Use the piece you cut out as a template for placing the holes for the pipes you can cut a new piece that will sit on the 1 inch edge you left.
