Place Brown Paper on top and use a warm Iron. OR Try using a Hairdryer

If you don't get rid of all the bubbles, try using an exa to. Using the point of the blade, poke a tiny hole in the middle of the bubble using your fingers to smooth the air out.

You can also use just a pin to poke a little hole in it. If you want to remove old contact paper, just blow the hair dryer on it and it comes off in nothing flat. Sometimes you just need to start over.
