Spring time is here so I pulled the covers off our patio furniture and the fake wicker is having an identity crisis. Several areas are unraveling, mostly on the arms and sides. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix it?

I would check some of the home stores or contact the manufacturer if you can buy a kit of the tubing to do a replacement weaving on the broken bits.
Not really. You can try Gorilla gluing the pieces from the back into place, but I’d cut a fair size piece of screening to back it up, giving it more structure to hold onto.
As for the arms, regret no hope. You can get thru the summer by making arm cushions. Get rid of the hopeless, (exterior) glue whatever you can make look decent high on the arm curve.
I would buy one large “patio/all weather” pillow. That will give you enough weather fabric to cover the arms (Velcro?) and that special combination all-weather filler they use to cushion the arms.
That will get you throw the summer to shop for sales, and look well, if not great.
Grab a matching rectangular pillow for the white chair to distract from the repair.
I would suggest repairing the damaged areas by weaving in narrow nylon webbing. Cut off the sharpest pieces of the plastic first (easier if you use a quality brand name scissors). Thread the nylon webbing through a blunt end bodkin, and 'sew' over and under the existing partial pieces to cover the area. This is not difficult but will take time and some patience.
Nylon webbing is available in different widths, in a myriad of colors. For use in repairing this type of patio furniture, I would say that 1/2 inch, or 3/4 inch would be most applicable. Do not use the cotton/ polyester webbing as it is not water resistant and does not dry quickly, so is unsuitable for outdoor use. Webbing is most cost efficient when purchased in large bulk lengths.
Ebay is one source.
