I just did this 2 weeks ago. take a small flexible brush or a hanger and clean out the hole that's in the toilet bowl, the water will come out with more force and flush faster -

Check your small intake water line from the main line to the toilet to see if it kinked. Sounds like the water is not running in fast enough. -

Joychevi is onto something. I found out after I moved in that the previous tenants had turned the water knob down some, not letting enough water in. Sometimes it's the smallest things. -
