Flex sealsold in stores
The Mighty Putty stuff that's sold in stores and on TV does not hold up well to water repairs. I used it to fix a pipe on my pond fountain and it chipped off over a short period of time. I wouldn't recommend it for repairing a sink.
I've not tried the Flex Seal, but have read better reviews about that product.
