How can I cut my roll of saran wrap in half?

I want to use for smaller container without lids and a bowl so that I can save on the saran wrap.

pull some out, don't tear off, place over small bowl use scissors to cut off where you need it, then roll excess back onto saran wrap roll, finish wrapping your small dish. or you could use a single edge razor to cut it. whatever you use needs to be very sharp so you can cut with out saran wrap sticking to it.razor blade might work best.

Scissors. Not sure for entire roll, maybe a paper chopper?

sharp kitchen scissors is the way to go

Try using a pizza wheel rolling around the tube. Be sure ir is a quality cutter

Use a very sharp exacto knife to cut the entire roll in half. Then cut the carton in half with sharp scissors. Cut a piece of cardboard to fit the cut end of the box and tape it off.
