How do you caulk the bottom of tile in the kitchen?

Where in the tile is the kitchen, and what is wrong with it that you think it needs caulking?
Do you mean where the wall tiles meet the floor?
If you are referring to whatever is in-between the tiles, then this is grouting, not caulking. Posting a picture would help eliminate any confusion as to what exactly the problem is.
