How do I make a mosaic glass pebble path without using cement?
I laid out these glass pebbles but after rains they sink into the dirt...I don't want a cement path because I want flowers all around it. I tried gluing them to all kinds of things and in patterns but nothing worked.

How about making stepping stones with cement in circles and cover them with circles
Why not make Stepping Stones out of quick cement and place them just before it sets hard. You could make Round or Square ones. leave as much space as you like between them. Straight or snake like or in circles or squares. Make as many as you want when you want. Curing time is about 5 mins. So once you are happy no air bubbles. Get to it with your design! Have fun. PS: If you really don't want to use cement, then maybe go for Rubber tiles and stick then inbetween gaps with Masonary Filler.
