How do I remove ceramic tile?

I used a combination of a few different tools to remove the ceramic tile from our backsplash. First, a hammer to loosen the tiles around the grout lines. Then a wide putty knife to slide behind the tile and lift it off. And don't forget to wear protective clothing like safety glasses, a mask and gloves. Good luck!
Faith has it for backsplash. Heavy hammer, chisel, and long handle ice scraper for floor tile.
